Nikita Zubarev
From directing comedies in LA to helping clients find their dream homes in the Twin Cities, Nikita brings creativity, energy, and a whole lot of fun to real estate.
He earned his degree in Film from the Los Angeles Film School and spent six years writing, directing, and producing in the entertainment industry. He then got the opportunity to direct a film back in his home state of Minnesota and never left.
With a background in customer service and hospitality, including a role as a senior account manager at Bite Squad, Nikita knows how to make people feel seen, heard, and taken care of. Real estate was a natural next step. He's a people person through and through, and he loves building real relationships that go beyond the transaction.
Nikita now lives in Roseville with his gang of tiny tyrant cats. When he's not working, you'll find him hanging with friends, hitting up concerts, going to sporting events, or diving into the local music scene. He's also known as the @the_karaoke-realtor-twincities on Instagram, infamous for his car belting content.
