"Raised in a medical and business-minded family in the Dutch town of Pella, Iowa, Marcia graduated from Central College with a BS in Chemistry. Beginning her career as a Research Chemist at Novartis Pharmaceuticals in Lincoln, Nebraska she was quickly promoted to management in the team environment and honed her customer service skills leading the Quality Control department. Marcia launched into real estate with a passion for helping people and a never-ending desire for excellent customer service and education.
