Jilayna Arcoren

Born and raised in Minneapolis, Jilayna has a deep-rooted connection to the Twin Cities metro area. After six years in Michigan, she returned to her hometown to be closer to family and continue her journey in real estate. Jilayna's background includes invaluable experience in residential construction, working alongside her father, a skilled contractor. This hands-on experience gave her a strong foundation in home building and design, adding a unique layer of insight to her real estate expertise. Before venturing into real estate, Jilayna spent over 15 years in quality assurance and sales, working in project management as a quality assurance coordinator for an international information management company. She played a crucial role in converting multiple branches across states to new software systems and served as a lead client trainer and inside product sales agent. Her career also included a leadership role in logistics for a large trucking company. Amidst all these experiences, Jilayna also served as a child welfare advocate with the State of Minnesota, became a licensed foster care provider, and adopted four children from Minnesota's foster care system. Her transition to real estate in 2015 allowed her to combine her passion for client service with her extensive professional experience. As the Director of Sales for a high-performing local real estate team, Jilayna drove business growth by 52% in just 15 months. In 2024 she established an exclusive partnership with Zillow, working directly with their Operations Development Team to enhance systems that create a better-quality consumer experience. In her role as Vice President of Sales Operations with The Enclave Team and as an Associate Broker with Real Brokerage, Jilayna is committed to empowering agents to launch and grow their careers. She is passionate about developing agent knowledge and experience, training on best practices, and enhancing workflow efficiencies. Her focus on building agents’ communication and relationship skills helps them deliver a higher level of service to clients, setting them up for success in a competitive industry. Jilayna resides in Waconia with her husband, Davis; their three daughters, three sons, four Siamese cats, and two schnoodle dogs. When she’s not assisting clients or training agents, she enjoys gardening, fishing, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. Her long-term dream is to start a flower farm, reflecting her love of cultivating beauty in every aspect of her life. Professional, positive, and enthusiastic, Jilayna prides herself on creating a 5-star client experience, whether guiding agents or working directly with clients to buy or sell homes. She sees every transaction as a privilege and looks forward to serving her community in public advocacy for affordable housing, consumer housing education and children’s mental health.
