"I have now used Andrew 3 times, all for something different. He helped me find and purchase a townhome, sell that home, and find a lot and a builder and guided me through the new home construction process. His attitude and personality make him an all star to work with. He has been around the area forever and is extremely knowledgeable about anything and everything I have asked. Because of my experiences with him my parents have used his services now multiple times with the same great experiences as me. Overall, he is the best realtor I have ever worked with and have nothing but positive things to say about him and his ability as a realtor. Highly recommend!"
"Andrew was exactly the kind of realtor we needed to purchase our first home in a competitive market. As first-time buyers, we had so many questions and Andrew always took the time to break things down for us, addressing our concerns and alleviating our worries. His wealth of knowledge, experience, and connections gave us confidence in his ability to guide us through the process of searching for and finding a home. His communication was timely, thorough, and very friendly- never pushy. We were able to find a home, get an offer accepted, and close all within the timeframe we needed. It was a pleasure to work with Andrew. If you are looking for a realtor make sure you give Andrew a call. One chat was enough to convince us that Andrew was the right realtor for us!"
"Andrew has been the best agent I have ever worked with. As a first time home seller, I had many questions. Andrew was available day or night, week or weekend and was very attentive. He used his expert negotiating skills and got the absolute best result for us. Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on the current market. 10/10 will recommend to anyone selling a home."

Your home isn’t just where you keep your other pair of pants, it’s the backdrop to your story, the place where life happens. And when it’s time for a change, it helps to have someone who knows the terrain. As a Rochester native and second-generation REALTOR®, I’ve seen just about everything this market can throw at a buyer or seller. I know the neighborhoods, the market rhythms, and how to spot the hidden pitfalls, because I’ve walked these streets most of my life. The grey creeping into my beard proves it.
Before real estate, I spent five years in the U.S. Army, then studied furniture design in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, where I learned to sail on Lake Superior and fly fish in the kind of coldwater streams you only find by getting lost in the woods or talking to someone who has. From there I went on to study English Rhetoric and Writing at UW, sharpening the skills I use every day to advocate for my clients.
My wife, Felicity, and I moved back to Rochester so she could begin her career in Virology and Parasitology at Mayo Clinic, and I could begin mine in real estate. I’ve been helping clients buy and sell homes here since 2013, bringing together the discipline I learned in the Army, the eye for detail I honed in woodworking, and the calm, persuasive clarity I developed studying classical rhetoric. Real estate may be fast-paced, but I never treat it like a sales job. It’s a trust job. Years of experience, a long list of happy clients, and leadership roles in our MLS back up my expertise; but I’ve always believed that trust and communication matter more than credentials. Real estate isn’t just about contracts and closings, it’s about people. My clients know I have their backs, every step of the way and long after the sale.
I embrace all the tools and technology that help my clients move efficiently and confidently through a transaction. But in my personal life, I lean the other way: hand-cut joinery over power tools, real books over screens, and anything built to last.
When I’m not working, I’m usually with Felicity, our two daughters—nicknamed “Bear” and “Moose”—and our dog, Piper the Brave. Or I’m in my wood shop, working on something slowly, because it’s good for my soul. We’re proud to raise our family here and work to help Rochester grow as a safe, vibrant, and inclusive community.
If you’re looking for a real estate partner who brings experience, clarity, and calm to the process, someone who cuts through the noise and helps you make confident decisions, let’s talk.
